Multi-Product Solutions currently ships to the United States and Canada only. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s website.

Shipping Delays & Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier and reporting it to your local authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
