Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible clothing items under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with original tags and the SKU label intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivered status (as shown by the tracking information).
- Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
- If you received your order in multiple shipments (split packages), the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Exchanges are not accepted—you must return the item and place a new order for a different size or style.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email us at info@klassenonlinesales.ca with your order number and the reason for return.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, please include photos in your email.
Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
- The item must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return approval.
Step 3: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a damaged or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Accessories, beauty products, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments
❌ Customized or altered items
❌ Gift cards and promotional items
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:

Shipping errors (wrong item sent)
- Defective or damaged items
- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for:

Late or Missing Refunds
- If your refund has not been received after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
