Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible clothing items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with original tags and the SKU label intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivered status (as shown by the tracking information).
  • Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
  • If you received your order in multiple shipments (split packages), the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
  • Exchanges are not accepted—you must return the item and place a new order for a different size or style.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at info@klassenonlinesales.ca with your order number and the reason for return.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, please include photos in your email.

Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • The item must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return approval.

Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

❌ Items marked as Final Sale
Accessories, beauty products, lingerie, swimwear, and undergarments
Customized or altered items
Gift cards and promotional items


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:
    • Shipping errors (wrong item sent)
    • Defective or damaged items
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for:

✅ A full refund


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund has not been received after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
